Question about Poly Plantronics Voyager 5220

Hello, does anyone here know the difference between the two products "Poly Voyager 5200 UC Wireless, Wired" (CHF 85.90) and "Poly Plantronics Voyager 5220 Wireless" (CHF 139). I would use the headset for the Dragon Professional 16 speech software - so I am also open to other suggestions for a better headset if anyone here happens to be familiar with it.

Both models have the same Voyager 5200 headset. The "Voyager 5220" variant comes with a car charger.
