Alessi Dressed Rectangular Tray

Rectangular tray made of 18/10 stainless steel, polished to a shiny finish with relief decoration. The Dressed tableware set was designed by Marcel Wanders. Traditionally, embellishments are placed in important and visible areas of an object. However, Wanders places them in unobtrusive, slightly hidden spots, sometimes even in areas that are typically not visible. One could describe Wanders' approach as an introverted decoration. The name of the collection, Dressed, suggests a decoration designed like a beautiful dress: it is meant to highlight the contents without overshadowing them. The Dressed line includes cutlery, glasses, underplates, a tea and coffee set, a tray, and coasters for bottles and glasses.
