Nothing but the price! I also saw this chair at Micasa and then discovered it here at a much lower price.
According to my information, there are no armrests for this model. The description also seems to be for a different model.

Hard floor castors, although it sounds like carpet castors are gentler on the floor, it is actually the other way round. Carpet castors are made of hard plastic (rolls better on carpet) and hard floor castors have wheels that protect the floor from scratches.
