I plugged it in and used the google home app to install it. then set the alarm and don't forget the volume.

I have found out: Some functions do not exist in the new setting "German (Switzerland)". Simply switch to "German (Germany)".

don't forget to connect to the wifi beforehand because it is a smart alarm clock like an android phone.
