I bought the Bloom base with Bluetooth....is it normal that only the middle area lights up and the ring (1.5cm) does not? On various photos this ring also lights up and sometimes even in other colours...merci for your support!

The ring doesn't light up for me either. I will check the settings but I have about 40 HUE products and there is actually no setting for it, it either lights up or not. Let me know if I find out anything
