Question about Philips Hue Bloom Base BT
I have ordered two Blooms and would like to connect them to the App via BT. I already have a GO in this app. Up to 10 luminaires should not be a problem. However, it is not possible for me to get the Blooms into the app via BT (they cannot be found for pairing). There is also no reset button on the lamp itself. Any ideas?
Look for a serial number in the instructions or on the lamp itself.
Usually it is a silver label.
Then you should be able to add the lamp "manually" in the app using the serial number.
