Our three stackers were correctly packed and undamaged. The damage after the children tipped the piece, however, is immense...So when they are stacked, they are not very stable. But still nice.

Transport damage can occur at any time, regardless of the item and the retailer. Digitec Galaxus works mainly with Swiss Post. This means that every shipment is insured. For small items, you have to go to the post office with the damage, i.e. the outer packaging including stuffing material and the item, and report the damage there. If the item is too large, you can request a pick-up as a gesture of goodwill. Finally, in Switzerland it is regulated that the buyer is liable for the damage from the moment the merchant ships the goods. So you have to appreciate the goodwill.
