No, just the cable. But it is USB.

You still need a USB A power plug. As far as I remember, only a magnetic/USB A charging cable is included.
- The plug should output 5 V (DC voltage) and be able to supply a current of 1 A (i.e. 5 W).
- Important: The dispenser only draws as much current as it actually needs. An adapter with a slightly higher current (e.g. 5 V / 2 A) is generally unproblematic as long as the voltage does not exceed 5 V and it is stably regulated.
- You should avoid using an adapter with a higher voltage (e.g. 9 V, 12 V) or unregulated cheap products - this could damage the electronic circuit in the dispenser.
