The pump is electric and built-in. Works both to inflate and to let the air out faster so that the thing becomes really flat again :)
Inflating takes 3-4 min and is a bit noisy. So maybe do it during the day, and not at 23:30 when the guests want to sleep😅.

Oxymoron answered the question about the inflation correctly, but it was not disturbingly loud for me.
