Does this Bloom Basis BT version only light up the centre, or also the outer ring? I haven't found anything about this. Thank you

I was also concerned about this after the purchase.... on various online pictures, both rings light up. However, the fact is that only the inner circle lights up....was also confirmed to me by Philips support.
