I have the problem that one side always comes out less than the other. The German instructions say: Splitter centre: Right = Left . In English it says: To dispense the same amount of food, move the splitter to its maximum right until it can't be moved anymore. (The splitter will be positioned towards the right from the middle of the food outlet). I also have a photo of the unequal statements... How did you adjust it? Thanks for the help :)

This issue should have been resolved. I read something about this somewhere. It works for us when the splitter is in the centre. But make sure that you also eject 20g or 30g from time to time. As far as I understand the fix, the ejection mechanism rotates alternately in both directions, which should favour better distribution. Oh yes: our device is version V3.0.31.
