An evolution of the brand that has made the slicing machine a cult object and now, with Vacuum, once again demonstrates its focus on the authenticity and freshness of food, a hallmark of the legendary flywheel machines for over a century. The stainless steel cover of Berkel Vacuum enhances the distinctive red ABS shell and provides useful protection against scratches. The dimensions have been designed to ensure high performance with minimal space requirements: it occupies only 44 cm in width and 23 cm in depth on the kitchen countertop; in particularly tight spaces, Vacuum can also be stored upright after use due to its slim profile (only 11 cm thick).
