The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite details, giving it a higher hardness. It is harder than Teflon while retaining its benefits: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware.

Thanks to the granite coating, the cookware is extremely scratch-resistant and durable. Pots and pans of this type allow for cooking with minimal fat content, as the pan heats up like stone and distributes heat evenly across the surface.
