Motor in the Lid
The Concept SO3010 food dehydrator is equipped with 9 drying trays and features an innovative design solution. The motor of the dehydrator is located in the lid, protecting it from damage caused by dripping juices or crumbs from the food being dried.

Even Drying
During the drying process, hot air flows through the ventilation openings of the individual trays from top to bottom and is evenly distributed throughout the dehydrator with the help of a fan. This allows the SO3010 dehydrator to achieve uniform drying on all levels.
