Made from aluminum with a sturdy base construction, this pan ensures quick and even heat distribution on all cooking surfaces, including induction cooktops. The ceramic coating efficiently conducts heat and requires no preheating, allowing it to perform optimally at low to medium temperatures. This pan achieves excellent cooking results with crispy crusts on meat and fish while being easy to clean. The oven-safe design withstands temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius, and the heat-resistant handle remains comfortable to hold during use. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the non-stick properties in the long term. For optimal performance, butter or oil should be added before heating, and plastic, silicone, or wooden cooking utensils should be used to protect the coating.
