Prepare white or green tea using one of the five temperature settings of the Espressungen smart kettle. Boil the water to 80°C for white tea or up to 85°C for green tea. The lowest temperature setting of 40°C is suitable for preparing baby food, and the display allows you to see exactly which setting the kettle is on. The temperature can also be manually adjusted between 80°C and 100°C. When the water reaches the desired temperature, the kettle signals, and if you are busy with something else, you can use the keep-warm function to maintain the water at the desired temperature for 20 minutes.
