The 20 cm pan body is made from durable, 90% recycled stainless steel and can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction. The pan features a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec™ ceramic coating that is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. The Functional Form frying pans have a 3-layer base for optimal heating and even browning, as well as a handle that stays cool for comfortable gripping. The pan has a maximum frying temperature of 270 ºC and is oven-safe up to 150 ºC for recipes that require the pan to be placed in the oven, allowing for a seamless cooking process.
