The very sturdy device with the strong pressing lever makes working easy and professional. The perforated discs fit well and can be quickly and conveniently changed. It includes 3 interchangeable perforated discs for professional handling and versatile use: with a 2.5 mm hole for pureeing potatoes, vegetables, and fruits, with a 3.0 mm hole as a nozzle for long spaetzle and spaghetti ice, and with a special perforation for spaetzle that look hand-scraped.
