The aluminum bread baking pan is the undisputed king among bread pans. This bread mold has straight sides and a lid that allows for evenly shaped, square, and soft bread to be baked. Without the lid, the bread rises into the traditional thick toast shape. It is excellent for browning, withstands high temperatures and freezing, and conducts heat exceptionally well. Be sure to grease the pan before baking. You can also use it to prepare meatloaf or frozen desserts.

The only thing aluminum does not tolerate is acidic products like fresh berries. Therefore, we recommend lining the pan with plastic wrap when preparing frozen desserts to prevent the acidity of the berries from damaging the surface of the aluminum. Aluminum products should be hand washed, as machine washing can damage the aluminum. Even when hand washing, we recommend rinsing immediately after washing, as soaking in dish soap can cause the aluminum surface to tarnish.
