The insertable thermoelement is suitable for temperature measurement in liquid and gaseous media using the Seebeck effect. The continuous protection tube is made of heat-resistant steel, material 1.4749 (operating temperature up to +1150 °C). Therefore, the thermoelement is excellently suited for use in heating, furnace, and apparatus construction. The single thermoelement 1x NiCr-Ni K according to DIN EN 60584 (Class 2) is designed for temperatures from -200 to +1150 °C. The connection head in design Form A is made of aluminum die-cast. It features a cable gland M20 x 1.5 and can withstand ambient temperatures from -40 to +100 °C. The protection tube has dimensions of 22 x 500 mm. A mounting flange (DIN 43734) serves as the process connection.
