The screw-in resistance thermometer allows for temperature measurement in gaseous as well as liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The proven installation design ensures reliable sealing under both vacuum and pressure conditions. The continuous protection tube and the process connection are made of stainless steel 1.4571, protecting the measuring element from chemical influences and mechanical damage.

This resistance thermometer is excellent for applications in climate and refrigeration technology, as well as in heating and apparatus construction. It complies with the standard DIN EN 60751 (Class B) and is configured as 1 x Pt100 in a two-wire circuit. The connection head in form B is made of aluminum die-cast, features a cable gland M20 x 1.5, and withstands temperatures up to 100 °C. The protection tube has dimensions of 6.0 x 150 mm. A G 1/2 inch threaded connection serves as the process connection.
