The smart cleaning robot RCV 5 systematically cleans hard floors and low-pile carpets independently. Dry dirt is collected by the rotating brush, the side brush for edges, and the blower into the built-in dust container. The ultrasonic sensor detects carpets, which are cleaned even better with the Auto-Boost function at maximum suction power. The RCV 5 can not only vacuum but also mop. In mopping mode, carpets are automatically avoided. Through app control, the RCV 5 goes on an exploration tour and automatically creates a map of the rooms by capturing the surroundings. For each room, individual cleaning parameters can be set, such as where to vacuum, mop, or not clean at all. Thanks to the dual laser system with a camera, the top model RCV 5 recognizes and navigates around flat obstacles like cables, socks, or shoes. Additional sensors prevent it from falling, for example, at staircases. The RCV 5 can be conveniently started via the app, a pre-set individual schedule, or by pressing a button on the device. If the cleaning robot needs assistance, it communicates this in many situations through voice output.
