Let’s get started with Kaiser Bake and Take. With a springform, you can release the side wall using a tension lever: the ring opens, and you can remove the base of the pan and reinsert it. With a flat base, cakes and tart bases succeed perfectly in the springform. The base with a central chimney replaces a bundt pan for pound cakes and gugelhupf.

Unlike other baking pans, the finished cake is not inverted from the springform. Instead, you release the tension lever, and the cake releases on its own thanks to the non-stick coating, allowing you to lift the ring away. Since the bottom support plate is slightly larger than the ring, springform pans are completely leak-proof. They come in various sizes and shapes, such as round, square, or heart-shaped.
