The device is equipped with a powerful autonomous cooling system with a compressor. Ice for 8-10 people (1000 g) can be prepared in 20-30 minutes. The machine can be used continuously, allowing for the preparation of multiple flavors of ice cream in a short amount of time. The stirring process is driven by an electric induction motor. It is ideal for making ice cream, sorbets, crushed ice, and frozen yogurt. The cooling system is CFC-free, thus meeting the latest environmental standards for ozone layer protection.
