Timut pepper is a wild plant that grows in a mountainous region in southern Nepal and is used daily by the locals. This wild berry grows at over 2000 meters above sea level in a rainy and humid climate. The mildly spicy pepper surprises with its sour taste, featuring notes of citrus fruits.
