The lid is white and there is a 6-pronged plastic part sticking out. However, my rod only has the holder for 4-prong... Too bad you can't post pictures. Can someone help me please!

The chopper (the plastic container with the knives) is full of grease (looks like Vaseline). Where the knives are put on (the metal rod in the container) and in the hole of the knives. I can't get rid of this stuff. And if I used the appliance like this, I would have all the grease in the food. Is this normal and what can I do about it. I don't want to eat this stuff.
