The Bring-in guarantee means that, if the goods prove to be faulty within this 36-month period, you will have to send us the item by your own means (drop it off at a branch or send it by post) so that repairs can be carried out.

We have accepted this from the supplier. Certain suppliers can only pass on the usual 2 years. However, this does not apply to all Dreame articles.
