In my experience, 10 cm is the minimum. You can achieve this with "furniture coasters", for example.

I've also had this happen a few times, the cause is that the main wheels are retracted too far and it therefore loses contact with the ground when starting up (wheels spin). Simply switch off the Mova completely (press the power button for about 10 seconds), then wait briefly and restart (press the power button again for 10 seconds). Then the height setting will probably reset and it will start up again. This has always worked for me so far. But it's still annoying, of course, and doesn't exactly fulfil the promise of "doing everything by itself" ...
They are all the Mova V 50 Ultra Complete. The only difference is the country version. As the mopping robots are supplied by different suppliers, there is a price difference.

The V50 Ultra uses rotating mop pads that are pressed onto the floor. According to tests and manufacturer information, it cleans very well in corners and on edges because the pads swivel slightly and the side brush also pulls dirt out of the joints. Unfortunately, there is no information or experience reports regarding the cleaning of 5 mm wide joints.
The current price is still correct. Unfortunately, we have no details of future price reductions.

We are unfortunately still in the process of clarifying whether we can offer the spare parts, but unfortunately it is more difficult with this brand than with others.

According to our information, it is the same product. There are no technical differences. We purchase this from two different suppliers, which is why it is displayed twice.
Unfortunately we can currently only arrange this version, a black version is not yet available from our supplier.
Can you send us the link to the other product? I couldn't find the other offer. We will be happy to check the difference. :)

We source our products from different suppliers to ensure availability as far as possible. As soon as a supplier does not have the item in stock, we switch to a supplier with higher availability. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. There can be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. The introductory discount in Germany is even €200. So it only costs €1199
At Mova Switzerland it is listed for CHF 1299.- and Interdiscount also offers the Mova V50 for CHF 1299.-.
I would also be interested to see whether Digitec/Galaxus will soon be offering it at a lower price.

In fact, the only difference is that the countries of destination are different and therefore the availability differs.
Technically, however, the devices are the same.
