I bought this exact model 6 months ago and it is adjustable like in the last pictures.
But the customer service can tell you more exactly :)

With this one, the grind can be adjusted by turning the lower part. The other one, if the product picture is correct, does not have this function.

This is not the U Select variant.
U Select (Maglgradregulierungssystem) is present but missing on picture 1

The one that says "salt" is, of course, for salt. Have you also read what it says in the question "Is this also suitable for salt? It clearly says "This question was asked about a different variant: Paris (12cm, pepper)". With the salt version, there is no question as to whether it is for pepper or salt.

That's right. The metal screw is imprinted with an S next to the lion's head.
Thank you for pointing this out, I have just reported the error.
The mill is 110 cm high and has a diameter of 13.5 cm.
I would say picture no. 3 sums it up relatively well.

If you still have warranty via the Digitec/Galaxus customer account and otherwise in a larger Migros shop, Migros sells spare parts for Peugeot grinders.
The degree of grinding can be adjusted at the top of the brass screw. Loosen the screw, the pepper is ground coarsely, tighten the screw, the pepper is ground finer. I bought the mill to replace the old one, which lasted 27 years.
According to the manufacturer, the grinding degree can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the knob on top of the grinder.

Correct, this is the chocolate version. In the second picture, the exposure was different, which made the mill look dull. To avoid confusion, we have now removed the second picture. The mill is not matt. I apologise for the confusion.

No, you only get one piece, which was designed for pepper. You get the model with a height of 30cm.

No, we do not recommend using this pepper mill for salt, because the material is coated differently from salt mills. If you use salt in it, the risk of corrosion is increased.
The pepper mill has a "P" on top of the screw and the salt mill has an "S".
