can the product be used like a vacuum bag? (for sous vide cooking). Or is it a "simple" roll? I can't quite make it out from the description. Best thanks and kind regards Christa Hager

According to the product description, yes. Sous Vide - cooking in a vacuum bag for tasty and gentle preparation. Foil rolls suitable for vacuums: Profi Cook PC-VK 1015 DS, Profi Cook PC-VK 1080, Profi Cook PC-VK 1133 and Profi Cook PC-VK 1134. Greetings
