The difference is really only in the scope of delivery and in the fact that the Unlimited set has a Titanium 6x non-stick coating instead of 3x as in the Ultimate set.
The pots are 17cm, 19cm and 21cm

They work perfectly for me on an induction hob.
No, that's a wrong declaration on our side. The set should contain a 24cm and a 28cm pan + handle. Thanks for pointing this out.
