It doesn't have a frying function in that sense. Fried potatoes work, but I wouldn't prepare French fries in it now.

Hi Fiorenza, no, in the one I received there are no instructions in Italian. There are instead in EN, DE, FR, NL and other eastern languages. I hope I was helpful! In any case, I am delighted with the purchase!

Hello
The menu is actually very user friendly.
- Print DYI button -> Display shows arrow on the cap symbol to the left of the display setting.
- Put the arrow to the right on the timer symbol
- Use the arrows outside the display to set the desired time
- Timer can be set to 9:00 hours. Works perfectly.
The minute setting 5-60 is only visible on the timer of the preset programmes, e.g. Soup selection.

Heating/reheating of cooked food is possible. You can set the time and temperature.
Hello, this product is not a deep fryer in the traditional sense. The operating instructions, which describe all the fix programmes and possible settings, can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. The crust/fry function has a default temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. Manual settings are 100/120/140/160 degrees Celsius.
