Vacuum mopping robot
First of all: I was expecting more! IRobot has actually been very well known in the field of robot hoovers for years, so I thought that you couldn't go wrong in the €300 range. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed with the vacuum cleaner. The following is a brief overview of the positive aspects: + Very low height, so it can get under many cupboards, couches, etc., unlike vacuum cleaners with a laser tower. + quick and easy to set up + vacuums very quietly + well thought-out dust container emptying (simply pull out to the front and open the lid) I have seen much worse variants. + Very compact charging station I would rate the mopping function as neutral. It's there and it works, but it's not really cleaning, it's more like dusting and wiping. Now unfortunately to the negative things: - No laser/lidar system; as a result, the vacuum cleaner drives more or less disorientated through the area and uses its bumper as an orientation aid. This may work quite well at first, but in the long run there are bound to be lots of scratches on the bumper and certainly also on the furniture - According to the instructions, you are supposed to clear objects and even carpets out of the way. However, it managed to clean our children's play carpet - No real map navigation: You can display a map in the history, but you can't use it to clean just the dining room, for example, or to carry out spot cleaning - the vacuum cleaner is often on the move for quite a long time due to the disorientating journeys. We always tidy up the flat and clear the floor before vacuuming, but it always finds the "one" thing that the kids have left lying around and gets stuck :( --- at least then there is a push notification on the smartphone Conclusion: Good beginner vacuum robot for tidy flats! If you have children, lots of furniture, chairs or objects standing or lying around on the floor, you should opt for a model with laser navigation. In future, the vacuum cleaner will keep our guest room clean....

Falls down stairs and gets stuck on the smallest step. Worked well at the beginning, but got worse over time

My parquet staircase is damaged and Roomba doesn't even respond. Catastrophic hoover. I'm now with Xiamoi, which is 100x better.
Thanks to Galaxus for refunding me the 152.

For vacuum a small to medium are this is perfect because it's pretty small container so it has to vacuum for like 20 min to get the job well done. Same for the cleaning, it only cleans a not to dirty floor and it has to pass several times the same spot but gets the job done, i put just a small drop of cleaning product because it's a small tank. Don't vacuum after using the tank because it doesnt dry right away and may spill drops of water in the floor. overall 9/10 product I'm really happy with it and i command it from my smartphone even when i'm not home.

Setting it up in the app was child's play. I am satisfied with the battery life of 2 hours and I can confirm this so far. It can be controlled via the app, times can also be set easily and are "followed". Due to its low height, it fits under many cupboards. However, it gets completely hung up on our suspended toilet. It can vacuum and mop at the same time, but also just vacuum. The suction power itself is quite good, but it has big problems with corners. The dirt just gets stuck in them. The mopping function is like wiping once with a damp cloth. So it gets rid of small spills, but it certainly doesn't get the entrance area clean in autumn. For me it's enough for in-between times and at the weekend I just wipe by hand. Sounds pretty good so far? Now the BUT.... First the small but: It mops the rooms from left to right. If you place it in a left-hand corner, it works its way forwards. If you place it in a right-hand corner, it makes a path and repeats this over and over again. Probably until the battery is empty. So in the end only one track is worked on. So always place it in a left-hand corner! Now the big BUT: As soon as something gets in the way, it just can't cope. It then hangs up, distorts the tracks or simply can't get out of a corner and would probably stay there until the battery is empty. Just tested: It was stuck in a corner for almost 30 minutes. Only then did it decide to continue and vacuum the room in reverse, so to speak. As I said, the "Robo" is completely ok for rooms in which nothing is in the way or hanging. Unfortunately not for everything else. If it does manage to finish a room, it doesn't say so. It just goes on and on and on... And if the battery hasn't died, it's still vacuuming today!
