Get a completely calcified used car for the new price
Absolutely subterranean from Galaxus, not for the first time. They simply sent an uncleaned second-hand model as "new" at the original price.

AVOID - Clicking noise when operating
Unfortunately the clicks stop randomly for some time, so I did not return the item immediately. It was tool late for refund when it started again.
It is audible and if you are in the same room, very annoying.

The problem with connecting to the app has already been criticised in several reviews. Unfortunately, nothing has been changed. So you can do without the Wi-Fi function.

Very robust and high-quality technology, no comparison with other humidifiers!
As I have a grand piano, my piano tuner recommended a humidifier. I used to have an evaporator device, but it was a real power guzzler and I kept having mould problems because the air was oversaturated with moisture.
The technology of the Venta is simple, robust and really good; according to my piano tuner, such a device can easily last 10-20 years and I can well imagine it (well, I'm curious about the electronics, but the rotating plates are really very robustly constructed). The power consumption is negligible and you don't always have to buy new filters or anything like that. Venta recommends always using their sanitiser, but they say you can leave it out and then descale the appliance once a year. Otherwise, top up the water every few days and change the water completely every few weeks, it's really very straightforward.
The appliance is barely audible at the lowest setting, whereas the higher settings are quite loud. It is therefore advisable to choose an appliance for larger rooms (even if it is more expensive) rather than one that is too small, as the appliance will then always have to run at the highest level to reach its target humidity - so it is better to be too big than too small.
The air is actually purified (and not just saturated with water vapour) and the air flow is fresh and very pleasant. So a definite recommendation from me and vaporisers and nebulisers, which consume a lot of electricity and oversaturate the air with their water mist, are no longer in my house!
Unfortunately, the device is not a beauty and according to Venta, it should be positioned in the centre of the room to be as effective as possible. I have placed it in a corner so that it doesn't stand out visually and the app control allows me to switch it on and off remotely without any problems; installation in the local WLAN is very simple. So everything works wonderfully.
The price of Venta devices is usually quite high, so I jumped at this offer from Galaxus - I think it's well worth the investment!Pro

Humidification Smart
My Venta AH535 does exactly what it is supposed to do, it humidifies the air. And you can feel it very well. The air quality has really changed for the better. My kids sleep much better and more peacefully. During the day it is in the living room and in the evening it is with the kids. It's super easy to move around. No problem due to its light weight. The water weighs what it weighs. The sleep mode is also ideal for bedrooms. You can set the humidity very pleasantly on the display.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Only a connection between the upper and lower part would have made it perfect, but good. My two little ones were told straight away what it was for and that it was not a toy and that was that.Pro
