The decorative Riedel Amadeo decanter is designed for a standard wine bottle. It is mouth-blown from high-quality crystal glass and has the shape of a lyre. It was designed in honour of the Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, whose 250th birthday was also celebrated in 2006 together with Riedel's 250th anniversary. Young and mature wines can benefit from decanting or decanting to remove residues or to make them more harmonious and full-bodied. The wine is decanted into the vessel through the large opening and poured into the glass through the small opening. Due to the handmade production process, small deviations in size and weight, tiny bubbles, imperfections or slight surface deviations are possible.
