The work surface is made of tempered glass and offers ample space of 62 x 35 cm to keep food warm in GN containers, on platters, or plates for an extended period. The heating element with 240 W quickly brings the food warmer to the desired temperature, which can be set within a range of 60 - 105 °C. The built-in thermostat reliably maintains the desired temperature. The entire surface of the plate is evenly heated, keeping all dishes at the desired temperature even over a longer period.

The housing is made of easy-care stainless steel.
