Versatile hot display counter with 3 shelves

The hot display counter from Royal Catering's gastronomy range is ideal for keeping and presenting a variety of foods and dishes warm. The heated display counter ensures that your guests at the buffet in hotels, cafes, or restaurants always have fresh and ready-to-eat meals available.

Inside the heated display case, there are 3 shelves where you can showcase your products. The shelves, with a distance of 9 cm between them, are mounted on rails integrated into the interior of the unit. If needed, the distance of the bottom shelf can be adjusted to a lower position, allowing for taller containers to fit in the heated display case. Each shelf offers ample space with a surface area of 56.6 x 30 cm.

The interior of the hot display counter can be heated to a temperature between 0 - 85 °C using a quick and powerful 1,000-watt heating element. You can conveniently set the temperature via an easy-to-use control panel, which is accurately maintained by a precise thermostat.

The heated display counter is made of sturdy stainless steel, with the front and back covered in tempered glass. The front is accessed through two sliding glass doors for easy retrieval of food or for restocking the displays.
