Simpel aber funktional: Beim Dörrautomat OD 2940 von Severin lassen sich weder Temperatur noch Zeit einstellen, aber trotzdem gute Ergebnisse erzielen. Lediglich im Hinblick auf die Sicherheit macht sich der fehlende Timer negativ bemerkbar.
Der Severin ist ein typisches Einstiegsgerät - einen großen Funktionsumfang oder mannigfaltiges Zubehör gibt es nicht. Die Etagen sind luftstömungsfreundlich gestaltet und in der Höhe variabel. Bei der Stromeffizienz ist der OD2940 unschlagbar. Gleichmäßiges Dörren ist allerdings nicht die Stärke des kleinen Severin und die real herrschende Temperatur ist nicht immer optimal.
