Silargan is functional ceramics with nickel-free surfaces. Silargan pots are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. They feature a base with a continuous steel core for fast heat conduction and optimal heat storage, promoting energy-saving cooking. The pots include automatic steam release, a residual pressure safety device, a safety slot, an overpressure safety device, and a locking device. There are three fixed cooking levels (gentle, rapid, steam cooking level) and one-hand cooking level control.
