Product details

The high, spherically curved Silit pan is a pot, steam cooker and deep fryer in one and is one of the most important cooking utensils in Asia. And we love the wok too: Not only can it be used to prepare
authentic Asian dishes, it can also be used to steam, braise and stew any type of vegetable, meat and fish. The best known cooking method is, of course, stir-frying, when the ingredients are sautéed briefly and sharply while stirring constantly. A lid (not included) keeps the steam in the wok during steaming, high-quality materials transfer the heat evenly to the interior of the wok and store it. Silit Woks with their stylish design can be served directly on the table.
