This small, high aluminum cast casserole pan from Squality is ideal for searing and frying meat. It also handles gentle frying of breaded foods or egg dishes with ease. The high rim of the pan is perfect for preparing sauces and stir-fry dishes. The pan's handle, wrapped in red silicone, and its lightweight design ensure safe and comfortable handling.

The body of the aluminum cast pan, made in Denmark, is hand-cast and guarantees optimal heat distribution and retention. The 6 mm thick base is warp-resistant and designed to allow water droplets to escape between the pan and the stove.

The pan features a high-quality Biotan non-stick coating. With very little fat, nutrient-preserving frying is possible in this high casserole pan. The desired frying temperature is reached quickly, positively impacting energy consumption. Biotan surfaces are resistant to scratches and cuts, extremely abrasion-resistant, and therefore particularly durable. Biotan pans are often used in the gastronomy sector as well.
