The body of the aluminum cast pan, made in Denmark, is hand-cast and guarantees optimal heat distribution and retention. The 6 mm thick base is warp-resistant and designed to allow water droplets to escape between the pan and the stove.

The frying pan features a high-quality Biotan non-stick coating. In the flat pan, food can be fried with very little fat while preserving nutrients. The desired frying temperature is reached quickly, positively affecting energy consumption. Biotan surfaces are resistant to scratches and cuts, extremely abrasion-resistant, and therefore particularly durable. They are also free from PFOA and PFOS.
