The infrared heater is a wall-mounted heating element designed for heating enclosed spaces in residential and work environments. The VL-A series wall infrared heater is suitable for surface-mounted installation on the wall. The heating element can be mounted both horizontally and vertically. The effective and aesthetically pleasing Vitramo wall heating element radiates heat to the walls that enclose the room and differentiates the heating of the floor so that there are only slight temperature differences among them. Only upon contact with the warm surfaces does the room air warm up evenly and almost without convection. This creates the conditions for residential comfort without unnecessary energy consumption. The VL-A series wall heating element is made of galvanized steel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, with a powder-coated front in signal white similar to RAL 9003. The back of the elements is closed with a plain cover. Maximum surface temperature is 105 °C at an ambient temperature of 20 °C. Due to the thermally separated design, wall heating elements achieve a high radiation efficiency in the room. For the power connection, the heating elements are equipped with a 1.2 m long silicone connection cable in black, without a power plug. For operation as a fixed single-room heating device, an additional room thermostat with weekly programming, open window detection, and adaptive heating start regulation is required. The Vitramo room thermostat VTD-UP and those from the VTX series regulate Vitramo ceiling and wall heating elements in an ecological manner.
