The cookware is made of 18/10 stainless steel, making the pots resistant to high temperatures, scratches, and dishwasher safe. The three-layer base with an integrated aluminum disc allows for excellent heat distribution and retention. Additionally, the vessel is suitable for all types of electric, gas, ceramic, and induction stoves. The pots can also be used in the oven up to 200 °C, while the lids are suitable up to 180 °C. Temperatures above 180 °C may alter the color of the vessels. Tempered glass lids must fit flush with the rim of the container. Heat and water with nutrients are retained in the cup. Lid vents regulate the amount of steam, thereby improving cooking quality. The large and comfortable handles are designed to be as convenient as possible when mixing food and weighing a heavy bowl or hot lid. A silicone disc is located under the lid holder to prevent overheating. The inner cup helps you measure ingredients accurately, and the special funnel assists you in pouring liquids. The series features an innovative overflow function - the lid has two types of grids. Superior Airline is subject to strict quality controls and is certified by the National Hygiene Company.
