Area of application private. Is the machine also suitable for an office with approx. 20-30 cups per day?

We are a private household and drink about 10 cups a day (from very strong espresso to latte macchiato, etc.). 20 to 30 cups a day should not be a problem at all. The important thing, in my opinion, is that everyone who drinks coffee knows how to empty the drip tray, refill the water tank, refill beans, etc. And someone should also be responsible for cleaning, descaling (all this is shown on the display). After about 8-10 cups, the drip tray must be emptied, water must also be diligently refilled (the machine rinses frequently, and this also needs water). I like the fact that everyone can make their own coffee (mild to very strong, small to very large, with or without milk, etc.). Whether it's 10 or 30 cups doesn't matter, the machine just needs to be cleaned and serviced more quickly. I read somewhere that the machine should last for about 15,000 cups. In any case: the coffee is very good - good quality coffee beans are a prerequisite! The only pity is that I ordered this machine two days too early, I still paid 945.--!!!!!

We have only had the machine for a short time and are satisfied. I think it should be technically/mechanically possible to let out 20-30 cups per day. But good things come to those who wait... It takes time to make the coffee, but the taste is really good. Latte macchiato or cappuccino too, at the touch of a button. Our milk consumption has increased rapidly as a result :-) The milk foamer would then have to be cleaned more often a day, for which there is a practical cleaning function. Unfortunately not with a button, but via menu and 3x confirmation. Operation for coffee is simple and understandable. The noise from the grinder and pump would be acceptable for an office. Audible, but not loud enough to interrupt conversation. Water tank is actually a bit fiddly, care is needed here. But could also be filled with a jug, the tank is on the left and has a flap at the top, if there is some space here, it should work. The drip tray also needs to be emptied more often. Not because of the pomace, but because of the water in it. But it is easy to do, as long as there is a sink next to it. The bowl is easy to clean when needed, has a simple shape and not as many endless edges and hidden corners as, for example, a DeLonghi. DeLonghi engineers apparently never clean the drip tray themselves....
