Hello, I can recommend the blender. Dates can be made into porridge without any problems. I have pureed hazelnuts to a paste, possibly with a lower speed, powder could also be made, but because of the fat content in the nuts it will be more of a moist fine mass. I puree various nuts for making ice cream.
