Question about Dreame X50 Master
Cork tiles with a smooth surface and a light sealant have been laid throughout our home. What about the moisture from the mop pads? Is there a risk to the cork floor? Our rooms are separated by thresholds of approx. 2 cm. According to the description, this should not be a problem with this system. What about practical experience? Is it possible to transport the appliance by hand from one room to another and have it carry out a cleaning job?

Hello, this should not be a problem with the threshold, lifting it is usually not a topic, as long as it can orientate itself, otherwise it may go somewhere else and reorient itself. But I don't think the 2cm is a problem. You can regulate the moisture of the mop pads so that it refreshes less often, I don't see any problem at all, the amount of moisture applied is so minimal.
I have several thresholds in the flat, including up to 35 mm - works without any problems.
The amount of water can be adjusted, manual relocation, e.g. to another floor, is also possible in principle.
The system is designed to do the cleaning while you are away. If you stand by and watch or move the robot several times, the whole thing loses most of its usefulness - you are much faster if you vacuum and mop yourself.
It works great for me, I wouldn't want to be without the robot...
