Did you have any problems getting the app to work? No code is sent to me, I can't activate the app either by email or with a password. I've written to support but haven't heard anything yet.

App was no problem and robot was found via wifi. Support didn't answer/help me either when it was faulty.

Everything went smoothly for me. I'm not even sure if I needed a code at all. The app found my narwhal via the internet. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it works soon.
