Does anyone know how I can set the fine/coarse grind on the pepper mill? Which direction is fine and which is coarse? Thank you.

At the bottom, where the pepper comes out, there is a wheel. Turning it clockwise == finer. Anti-clockwise == coarser. The salt mill has no such wheel.
