Every time I start the machine, the water light rings. But the water tank is full. I then have to disconnect the appliance from the mains and switch it on again before it can heat up. So far I have always had Tefal ironing stations and was very satisfied. This appliance is very disappointing. Thank you for a feedbach.

I procured this unit in Jan20 and used it only during lockdown, but did not find any such faults and am very satisfied with this unit. Seems to be a bad series.

Our Tefal starts without this error, but always has the steam pressure completely reduced, when it does then all is well. But it is not a top product.
